Hello! I’m K. Lynn and I live in a small town in New Jersey with my wonderful husband and our beloved chocolate lab. I’ve been a Mother Baby Nurse for 32 years ( a NICU nurse prior to this). I’ve written my first book about postpartum depression after watching my son and his wife handle the struggles of having two babies 14 months apart. It brought back memories of my own struggles after my first son was born. I have helped many new moms learn about the signs and symptoms to watch out for and to get the support person to get involved and how to help. This website is dedicated to this topic and other topics of postpartum wellness.

I will also be posting about products I think are related or connected to these topics and think may be good recommendations. As a hobby, for over 20 years, I’ve enjoyed selling unique finds and treasures on eBay (karen894), connecting with buyers who share my passion for quality and charm, vintage and modern.
